I keep seeing recipes for theses Gobernador shrimp tacos and I’ve been wanting to try them. They sound like a good summer dish to me.

Hot and cold summer suppers

Here’s a good hot pasta dinner recipe. Use more or less red pepper flakes to suit your taste. If you think it’s a little dry at the end add a couple of tablespoons of pasta water. If it’s too loose add more Parmesan cheese.

First Friday Coffee

Deborah Currey, Lou Ann Rubio, Jane Katz, Gloria Walker, Victoria Everett St. John and JoAnn Bradford had a lively conversation solving all the world’s problems on Friday when the Lucy Hill Memorial Library restarted their First Friday Coffee events after a hiatus due to the pandemic.

Summer pasta salad recipes

I’m going to lose a few of you with this recipe. There seems to be no middle ground about bleu cheese. People either love it or hate it. As for me, it is hands down my favorite cheese of all. The warm pasta and vinegar will help wilt the baby spinach. And you don’t have to use Gorgonzola.
