Seven-hour CEU program planned in Franklin Oct. 28

The annual seven-hour CEU Farm & Ranch program will be held on Monday, Oct. 28, at the Pridgeon Community Center, 351 Cooks Lane in Franklin. The cost for the program will be $60. Registration and payment is required beforehand to reserve your spot and to make sure our meal counts are accurate.

RMDD receives $500,000 block grant for new lift station

Rockdale Municipal Development District (RMDD) Economic Director Jim Gibson announced to the RMDD board at Monday night’s meeting that the organization was awarded a $500,000 Community Development Block Grant which it will use to build a new lift station for wastewater on the city’s East side.
