FOUR NEW COVID CASES ON WEDNESDAY

From County Judge Steve Young Wednesday night: Wednesday we have four new confirmed cases of the virus to report in Milam County.  We discharged three active cases, but another person was admitted to a local hospital.  Four individuals were tested in Milano today with one positive result.

GAUSE COVID TESTING WEDNESDAY CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER

 The Reporter was notified by Milam County officials gathered for quick COVID-19 testing at the Milano VFD Fire Station early Wednesday (Sept. 2) morning that the testing scheduled that afternoon at the Gause VFD Fire Station has been canceled.

ONLY ONE NEW COVID CASE TUESDAY

  From County Judge Steve Young Tuesday night: Tuesday we had only one new confirmed case to report in Milam County.  We discharged one case, but one person was admitted to a hospital.  We tested twenty four Milam County residents in Thorndale today.

10 NEW CASES REPORTED MONDAY

From County Judge Steve Young Monday night: Today we have ten new cases confirmed cases of the virus to report in Milam County.  Three were admitted to hospitals and two were discharged.

COUNTY GETS TESTS, THORNDALE EVENT STILL ON FOR TUESDAY

  Milam County Judge Steve Young said Monday afternoon the county has received 200 "quick" COVID-19 tests, with 100 more due Tuesday and will test on-schedule in the Thorndale Volunteer Fire Department from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday.
