Calendar input sought

Rockdale ISD is requesting input on the development of its 2020-2021 Academic Calendar. The calendar can be accessed at the district’s website, www.rockdaleisd.net.

Sunday accident ends with arrest

POLICE REPORT Rockdale police said an arrest was made Sunday after a driver left the scene of an accident in the 500 block of Miller. According to police, an unknown vehicle struck a parked pickup, a mailbox and a trash can and did not stop.

MILAM COUNTY JAIL LOG

EAGLE SCOUT—

Richard Eubank III was awarded the prestigious “Eagle Award” in an Eagle Scout Court of Honor at St. John’s United Methodist Church Saturday. To become an Eagle Scout is over a 10-year process and requires one to obtain over 21 merit badges.

Milam 4H’ers win at contest

Hospital board incumbents seek new term in ‘20

New health care idea aired in two meetings

The “Project Moonshot” rural health care idea received a couple of airings during the past week, one each in Rockdale and Cameron. The project, first reported on in the Nov.
