I’ve shared before about the dust mop of a dog we call Buster. Santa Claus gave him to our youngest daughter Klaire when she was in 4th grade. Buster has been referred to as the gift that kept on giving - sometimes that giving was good and sometimes it was not so good.

Thorndale ISD held a pep rally-style groundbreaking ceremony for its new high school east of the football field on Friday. According to superintendent Zack Kleypas work will begin immediately and the class of 2027, who are currently sophomores, will be the first to graduate from the new school.
Milam County Radio Club meets the second Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. Odd number months, the club meeting is at Banda’s Mexican Restaurant. Even number months the club meets at Dairy Queen in Cameron. Club members begin arriving at 6:30 p.m.
