300 competitors in Sunflower Run

Parker Jones (left) and Lisa Koenig (right) took part in the second annual Sunflower Run in Caldwell this past Saturday. The event features many activities and a 5K race that was won by 2019 MHS grad Parker Jones( left). The event honors Melodie Jones (no relation), a 2015 Milano graduate that died in a car crash more than two years ago. The event raises money for a scholarship in her name that is rewarded every year to an outgoing MHS senior.
