Game stats on page 3B. BRYAN—The Thorndale Bulldogs wrapped up their season on the road against the Hearne Eagles last Friday night. The final score was Hearne 40, Thorndale 7. It was a disappointing season for the Bulldogs who no doubt had high expectations for this squad.

Milano loses fourth in a row to close out their season

The Eagles got shut out on Friday night against the Chilton Pirates in front of a home crowd. The final score was Chilton 42, Milano 0. What started out as a promising season ended Friday. The Chilton Pirates overwhelmed the Eagles by scoring twice in the first quarter on the ground and in the air.

Volleyball season comes to a close

The Lady Tigers wrapped up their season last week with a road loss against the Rogers Eagles. The varsity lost 0-3, the JV lost 0-2. The Lady Tigers went 1-13 in district and 15-24 for the year.

REPAINTED

Members of the Rockdale Tigers football team admire the repaint job of the bell trailer. The trailer was repainted by Scott’s Body Shop. The Tigers retook the bell from Cameron with a 47-21 victory on Oct. 20.

The sub varsity Tigers suffered another loss last week against the Little River Academy Bumblebees. The final score was Bumblebees 47, Tigers 20. The Bees were pass crazy in this game. They showed off their skill players by scoring all four of their first half touchdowns through the air.

GRANGER—The Eagles lost last week on the road against the Granger Lions. The final score was Lions 51, Eagles 14. The Eagles put the first points on the board with Eagle junior quarterback Anthony Valadez hitting junior standout running back Andres Ruelas for an 11-yard touchdown pass.
