Milano party shooting victim in stable condition

MILANO—From Milam County Sheriff Mike Clore: On May 15 at approximately 1:50 a.m. the Milam County Sheriff’s Office received several 911 calls in reference to a shooting that took place in the 8000 block of US 79 in Milano.

MARC Ride coming June 11

The 21st annual MARC Ride will be held on Saturday, June 11, at The Ranch. The Bad to the Bone Riders holds this benefit each year and it is the largest yearly donation received by the MARC Center.

Grand reopening

The Rockdale Walmart held a grand reopening on Friday after completing renovations inside. The store also made three generous donations to local organizations.
