16TH COVID-19 CASE CONFIRMED

   A 16th Milam County resident has now tested positive for COVID-19, County Judge Steve Young said Wednesday'    It was the second positive case confirmed of the day.

SOME BUSINESSES REOPENING WITH RESTRICTIONS

  Gov. Greg Abbott is allowing some businesses to re-open Friday, including restaurants. The governor said, however, in Phase I of the reopening restaurants may only have 25 percent of capacity at any one time.

14TH COVID-19 CASE IN MILAM COUNTY MONDAY

  Milam County Judge Steve Young opened Monday morning's county commissioners meeting by announcing a 14th case of COVID-19 has been reported for the county.  He said the person, a male, is hospitalized.
