POLICE REPORT There were two pursuits for Rockdale police during the past week but neither one will turn up on any chase highlights show. One only went a few blocks and the other never left a parking lot.

The Rockdale High School Big Blue Band competed in the UIL Area D marching contest at Belton High School on Saturday. “We had a great performance and missed advancing to the area finals by two places, separated by one point, Director Adrian Acevedo said.

One-act play set for Nov. 13

MILANO NEWS Milano High School’s One-Act Play class will put on their fall production on Wednesday, Nov. 13 at 7:30 p.m. The group will perform “The Video Gamapalooza,” a comedy by Don Zolidis. The play will take place in the high school cafetorium.
