Helping our children in Milam County

E arlier this week I had a meeting with Rachel Owens who sits on the boards of the Milam County CPS Board and CASA of Milam County. These two make up an important part of the volunteer organizations that aid Milam County with our overall child and family services programs. The most important word in that last sentence is volunteer and it’s the toughest part of this for most of these sorts of organizations who do the most to help us with those services vital to the wellbeing of our children and our families in Milam County.
