One vote for ‘caring’ about Rockdale water Dear editor, This is in response to the letter to the editor in the March 21 edition, saying a water bill doubled while use went down. First of all, usage is sold based on 1,000 gallon blocks so the reduction you had wouldn’t have an effect.
