Santa to arrive Saturday, parade set for December 14

MILANO NEWS Santa Claus is coming to Milano early this year. Santa will arrive at Liberty Church on Saturday, Nov. 30. Santa will be available from 3 to 6 p.m. Bring your children and friends and have your pictures taken with Santa.

Community Thanksgiving dinner a success

GAUSE NEWS The annual community Thanksgiving dinner was well attended Sunday at Gause Baptist Church Family Life Center. Lots of good food and a great time of fellowship. This is a time each year that the community takes to get together.

Thanksgiving luncheon set for Saturday

QUICK LOOK Rockdale’s annual free Thanksgiving luncheon is set for 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday in the First Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. Last year more than 1,000 plates were distributed. Meals are available to eat in or to go and there’s free delivery to the elderly, ill or shut ins.
