Maurice “Old Man” Grant Mauldin, 81, of Temple passed away Saturday, Dec. 23, 2023, in Temple. A graveside service was held Saturday, Dec. 30, at Lexington Cemetery in Lexington. Mr. Mauldin was born June 19, 1942, to Frank and Vivian (Hobbs) Mauldin in Rockdale.

Judith (Judi) Evelyn Love Kruse passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of Saturday, Dec. 16, 2023, surrounded by her loving husband, children and sisters. Judi was born on July 30, 1954, in Taylor to Clyde M. and Carrie Mae Bingham Love. She was a graduate of Rockdale Mrs.

Ms. Shelander Nevaeh Louise Shelander, 8 years old, was called home surrounded by family at Dell Children’s Hospital in Austin on Dec. 12, 2023, at 5:43 p.m. Better known to those closest to her as “Nene,” she was born on Aug. 26, 2015, to biological parents, Janice and Kory Shelander.
