OFF TO CAMP

OFF TO CAMP—Zack Carl (L) and Emiliano Tovar are off to Camp Apollos at Sunset International Bible Institute in Lubbock and are sponsored by Murray Street Church of Christ. The boys will work all week with mentors and at the end of the week they will present sermons they have written.

Movie night at San Gabriel Baptist

San Gabriel Baptist Church will host a family night of food and entertainment Friday, June 10. There will be a light supper beginning at 7 p.m. followed by the showing of the recently released movie Church People.

ArtWalk takes place Saturday in Cameron

Cameron’s first Art-Walk-Second Saturday Event on Saturday will be held in downtown Cameron on the Square from 4 to 10 p.m. Artists from Houston, Dallas, Austin and Central Texas will be showcasing artwork. In addition, Anguspaul and Melton Guthrie, two local artists, are organizing a great show.
