Milam County 4-H open house set for Saturday

CAMERON—The Milam County Texas A&M Agrilife Extension office is excited to announce they will host an open house for Milam County 4-H. The event will be held at the Milam County Annex, 806 N. Crockett, in Cameron, from 9 a.m. to 12-noon Saturday. Kids across the county are invited to stop by and learn about all the clubs, projects, contests, teams and events Milam county 4-H has to offer.

The American Academy of Crisis Counseling in Rockdale is holding sessions for adults called “Reduce Risks of Heart Disease by Controlling Blood Pressure,” which are being conducted by Debbie McNair, PhD.

Iwas just reading about a guy in Philippians 2:25 named Epaphroditus. He was a servant leader, an ordinary guy that sat in a pew on Sunday, but he was asked to go and minister to the apostle Paul while he was under house arrest in Rome for preaching the Good News of Jesus Christ.
