My garden has given up and asked me to stop wasting water. It is just too hot. On the bright side I am preparing to plant pumpkins. Thinking about the cooler weather of Fall and pumpkins gives me the courage I need to go on in this heat.

Rotary scholarships available for adults, applications due by July 31

The Rockdale Rotary Club will be awarding two $1,000 scholarships to adults wishing to further their education. Applicants must have graduated high school or received a GED prior to 2022.

MARC Ride

The 21st annual MARC Ride held on Saturday at The Ranch had their most successful ride and auction ever with over $44,000 going to support the MARC Center and their consumers. Over 100 riders joined in this year for a very successful event.
