• On icy roads, drive slowly and increase the distance between your vehicle and others, as you may need increased room to stop your vehicle. Do not use cruise control. • Ensure your vehicle has a full tank of gas. • Watch for downed trees and power lines.

Crown Garden Club announces donations

Crown Garden Club members are not meeting monthly at present but hope to get started up again in 2021 at the first meeting of the new year in September. The club has still been taking part in some activities.

A ribbon cutting was held at the Christian Information Book Store the last week of November in honor of the business joining the Rockdale Chamber.

Milano VFD fundraiser set for February 20th

Milano Volunteer Fire Department is working on their annual fundraiser. The group is selling tickets for a variety of guns (in the form of Academy gift cards) for $5 each or five for $20. The drawing will be held at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 20. You need not be present to win.
