Adil Jamal Baban

Adil Jamal Baban, 44, of Rockdale died Sunday, March 19, 2023, at Seton Williamson Hospital in Round Rock.

Services wi ll be at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 25, at Phillips & Lucke y Funeral Home in Rockdale. Burial will be at Minerva Cemetery in Minerva.

Visitations will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday, March 25.

Mr. Baban was born Aug. 17, 1978, in Downey, California, to Shirley Adell Carey and Riadh Baban.

He was a 1996 graduate of Rockdale High School.

Mr. Baban was a respiratory therapist and entrepreneur.

He enjoyed buying and selling cars, and music and was a people person who never met a stranger.

Mr. Baban was preceded in death by his father, Riadh Baban on Aug. 18, 2021; a brother, Wally Baban on Jan. 22, 2019; his maternal grandparents, Raymond and Mildred Hubert; and his paternal grandparents, Suad and M. Ali Baban.

Survivors are a daughter, Trinity Adell Baban of Rockdale; his mother, Shirley Rogers and husband Frank of Rockdale; a brother, Nathan Baban and wife Michelle of Rockdale; two sisters, Zena Caldwell and husband Cody of Rockdale, Rana Baban of Rockdale; and his nieces and nephews, Cole, Carli, Christian and Tyler; also, a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.
