Sara Jane Bandy went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, July 26, 2021. She passed at home in Hondo surrounded by family and friends.
A celebration of life was held in Hondo on Saturday, Aug. 28, and there will be another celebration of life in Rockdale at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 2, at First Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Bandy was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Eugene Bandy, and her parents, Robert W. Yarbrough and Dorthy MarieToups Yarbrough.
Survivors are her loving companion, Don Wallace; children Stephanie Bandy Laughinghouse (husband Bubba) and Skip Bandy (wife Sallia); and a brother, Robert Yarbrough (wife Sandra); also, several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
