Bunch

Graveside services for Geneva (Carter) Bunch, 72, of Sharp were held Friday, Oct. 15, 2021, at Sharp Community Cemetery with Pastor Michael Taylor officiating.

Mrs. Bunch died Thursday, Oct. 7, in Temple.

She was born in Brownwood on Oct. 9, 1948, to Mr. and Mrs. Malcolm Carter.

Mrs. Bunch attended school in Littlefield, Dallas, Crane and graduated high school in 1965 from Midland Lee.

On Oct. 6, 1988, she married George Henry Bunch, in Midland.

Mrs. Bunch obtained her associates degree from the Community College of Denver in 1992.

The couple moved to Sharp from Anson in 2003.

Mrs. Bunch worked in hospital administration at Baylor Scott & White Hospital until her retirement in 2015.

She was preceded in death by a son, Loyd Bailey; a sister, Doris Laverne Perkins; and her parents. Survivors are her hus

Survivors are her husband, George Bunch; a daughter, Amy Farmer of New Braunfels; a brother, Joe Carter of Little Elm; six grandchildren, Ryan, Lindsay, Kaci, Gracen Garrett, Katherine Belle; and four great-grandchildren, Carson, Reid, River and Andre, with a fifth one on the way in November; also, numerous nieces and nephews.
