Jennifer Christine Ostendorf Dodd, 51, of Rockdale died Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Round Rock.

Memorial services were held Saturday, May 1, at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale with Mike Dodson, a family member and elder of Cameron Road Church of Christ in Austin, officiating.

Ms. Dodd was born Oct. 27, 1969, in Austin to Carolyn Christine (Pennington) and Earl William “Bill” Ostendorf.

She was a 1988 graduate of Rockdale High School.

Ms. Dodd had lived in Milam County since she was a teenager.

She worked as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bill Ostendorf.

Survivors are a daughter, Allison Christine Dodd of Rockdale; her mother, Carolyn Ostendorf of Rockdale; a brother, Jeff Ostendorf of Rockdale; a stepson, Casey Dodd of Austin; her nieces and nephews, Kim Ostendorf, Katie Ostendorf, Saige Ostendorf and Will Ostendorf; and a great-nephew, Bryson Foley.
