Koscielniak

Mass for Antonette Koscielniak, 87, of Rockdale was held Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2021, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rockdale with Rev. Pedro Castillo officiating. Burial was at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Bremond.

Rosary was recited during visitation on Monday, Sept. 6, at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale.

Mrs. Koscielniak died Wednesday, Sept. 1, at St. Joseph Hospital in Bryan.

She was born Dec. 22, 1933, in Bremond to Anton and Rosie (Czajkowski) Majkszak.

On Nov. 22, 1954, she married Harry Koscielniak in Bremond. In 1964, they moved to Rockdale.

Mrs. Koscielniak was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rockdale.

She was a homemaker, busy raising her sons and taking care of her husband.

She loved her family, gardening, yard work and being outdoors as much as she could.

Mrs. Koscielniak was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harry Koscielniak on Feb. 21, 2005; four brothers and a sister.

Surviving are three sons, Kenneth Koscielniak and wife Cynthia of Waco, Harry Koscielniak and wife Patty of Cleburne, Tony Koscielniak and wife Becky of Manor; five grandchildren, Kathy, Krystan, Wilfred, Ethan and Anna Koscielniak; and a sister, Josephine Boyd of Irving.

Pallbearers were Kathy Koscielniak, Krystan Koscielniak, Wilfred Koscielniak, Ethan Koscielniak, Anna Koscielniak and Haley Choate.
