Luetge

Jackie Luetge, 62, a lifelong Rockdale resident, died Sunday, Aug. 30, 2020, at the Renaissance Villa in Rockdale.

Graveside services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Rockdale with Kindred Hospice Chaplain Bruce Mercer officiating.

Ms. Luetge was born June 15, 1958, in Rockdale to Perry F. and Viola (Frazier) Luetge.

She was a member of the MARC Center and St. John’s United Methodist Church.

Ms. Luetge loved everyone, especially her MARC Center and Renaissance Villa friends and employees.

She enjoyed dancing, listening to country-western music, bowling, her Sunday school class and eating.

She could remember everyone’s birthday and could tell you every name and number of her Dallas Cowboys.

Ms. Luetge was preceded in death by her parents, Perry and Viola Luetge.

Surviving are a sister, Betty Taylor Whitby of Rockdale, along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and her Renaissance and MARC Center families.
