Timothy Ray (Tim) Hoff, 38, of Georgetown, formerly of Rockdale, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Oct. 23, 2023.

Funeral services were held We d n es d ay, Nov. 1, at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale with Pastor Patrick Welton officiating. Burial follow at Oaklawn Cemetery.

Timothy was born March 3, 1985, in Austin.

He grew up in Rockdale and was a member of Peace Lutheran Church.

He attended Rockdale High School and graduated in 2003. He attended Texas State University and then joined the U.S. Army on Jan. 18, 2006. Tim was an Army veteran and served his country honorably. During his time in the military, he served for 18 months in Afghanistan. He was honorably discharged on May 20, 2010.

After Tim’s military service, he was employed as a mail carrier for the U.S. Postal Service, where he was still employed.

He continued his education and received a bachelor’s degree in Bible theology from Letourneau College.

Timothy had a strong faith and studied and read his bible, he was kind, loving and never wanted to lay any struggles on others.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ervie and Milton Lange of Taylor and Lillian and Marvin Hoff of Rosebud.

Sur vivors are his wife, Siobhan, and his son, Landon; his parents, Iris and Leonard Hoff of Rockdale; a sister, Carla Pierce and husband Nick of Hutto; his mother-in-law, Nayla Ramirez; a brother-in-law, Vincent Marcucci; nephews Aiden, Aaron, Bryson and Jaylon Johnson of Hutto; a niece, Emberly Marccuci; and his best friends, Edward Pardini and Garrett Lee; also, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
