Mueck

CAMERON—Betty Lou Mueck, 74, of Calvert died Friday, Nov. 19, 2021, at her home.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 24, at the Oak Hill pavilion in Cameron. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery.

Visitation was to be from 12:30 until 2 p.m. at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home in Cameron.

Mrs. Mueck was born Aug. 11, 1947, in Maysfield to Howard and Edna (Burkeen) Peel.

She married Monte Ray Mueck and he preceded her in death in 1993.

Mrs. Mueck worked in several occupations from heavy equipment operator to home healthcare.

Survivors are two sons, Jim Joe Boyd of Hammond, John Wayne Boyd of Eighty Four, Pennsylvania; a daughter, Betty Renee Boyd of Hammond; a brother, Alvin Peel of Caldwell; and a sister, Mary Katherine Messer of Rockdale; also, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
