Michael “Glenn” Rhines, 70, died suddenly and unexpectedly Friday, Oct. 23, 2020, shortly after falling asleep.

F u n e r a l service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, at Phillips & Luckey

Funeral Home with Michael Taber officiating.

Burial will be at a later date at Salty Cemetery.

Visitation is set for 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, at the funeral home.

Mr. Rhines was born Nov. 20, 1949, in San Antonio to Glenn Wilson and Alta Mae (Ferguson) Rhines.

He married the love of his life, Denece in 1981.

Mr. Rhines enjoyed taking his family camping at Lake Travis, taking trips on his Harley Davidson with his wife and their motorcycle club and he was an avid golfer.

He was vice president of KoolCote Commercial.

Mr. Rhines was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn and Alta Rhines.

Survivors are his wife, Denece Rhines; her daughters, Melissa Perlinger (husband Stacy Perlinger and their children Pearce, Presley, Parker, and Paityn), Nicole Rogers (sons Michael Charske and Jacob Rogers), Laura Hines and sons Todd Rhines (wife Shawna and their two boys, Austin and Logan), Jason Rhines (wife Jennifer and their children, Taylor and Caleb); two great-grandchildren Khloe and Karsyn; a brother, Archie Rhines and wife Cora; a sister, Cindy Johnston and husband Reed; and his mother’s sister, Aunt Lois; also, numerous sister and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, his motorcycle family and many friends.
