Rufus (Ned) Richards died peacefully in Dallas on Thursday, Sept. 26, 2019.
He was born in Rock-dale on Jan. 24, 1929.
Home-going services will be at New Hope Baptist Church in Rockdale at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 5.
