Richard Wayne Waiser, born Aug. 10, 1949, found peace on Jan. 25, 2021, at 10:15 p.m.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions there will be no memorial service, but cards and letters would be greatly appreciated.
Mr. Waiser enjoyed nature, being very independent, history, politics, building models and collecting Star Trek, sci-fi and western articles and movies, until his cerebral palsy and dementia took over.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Leroy Paul Waiser in 1988.
Survivors are his mother, Adeline Waiser; and two sisters, Linda Lewthwaite and husband Michael of Thorndale, Kathleen Richey and husband Ronald of Conroe; also, his nephews, a niece, great-nephews and greatniece, uncles, aunts, and many cousins.
