Chandra C. Webb died Sunday, June 21, 2020, in Austin.

A graveside service will be held at 12-noon Thursday, July 2, at New Oak Lawn Cemetery in Rockdale.

Visitation will be from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home. Ms. Webb was born Sept.

Ms. Webb was born Sept. 14, 1962 in Rockdale to mother Elma Jackson.

She attended schools in Rockdale and Austin. She attended Durham Business School.

Her first job was with the State of Texas. She was passionate about the medical fi e l d .

She also went to school to acquire a CDL, which she used to drive trucks delivering supplies for various companies.

Ms. Webb lived in different states such as Oklahoma and Louisiana.

She enjoyed traveling and seeing new places.

Ms. Webb enjoyed singing, reading, spending time with family, picking fruit and talking with her grandchildren about new things they were learning about.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Elma Lee Moultrie.

Survivors are her children, Elma Moultrie (Greg), Princeton Moultrie, Sidney Webb and domestic partner James Smith; two grandchildren, Emani and Kayden; and her siblings, Ramona, Marcus and Twila.
