Master Gardeners plan 2023 class

The Little River Basin Master Gardener Association of Milam County is opening registration for the 2023 Master Gardener class. Classes will meet on Wednesday mornings beginning Feb. 1 through mid-May in Cameron. The program offers a minimum of 50 hours of instruction, including field trips.

MILAM COUNTY JAIL LOG

Jail log lists all people charged with offenses through the county jail in Cameron. Charges may change during the process. Persons are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law.   • James Williams, 62, Cameron, unauthorized use of motor vehicle, released for county commitment.

Rockdale VFD Responded to: • 1020 East Cameron Avenue for traffic control while a new telephone pole was being erected on Tuesday. • Bowser and Murray for a vehicle on fire on Saturday.   • Bowser and Bell Streets for traffic control for an 18-wheeler that tried to make a turn on Saturday.

Rockdale officers arrest two on felony warrants

Rockdale Police Officers made two felony arrests dur ing the past week including: • Andres Manuel Parra- Pacheco, 32, Pflugerville, was attested on Tuesday by Ofc. Hensley for 15 counts of fraudulent use or possession of credit or debit card information.   • Kennedy Way ne Hardaway Jr.
