Richard Eubank III was awarded the prestigious “Eagle Award” in an Eagle Scout Court of Honor at St. John’s United Methodist Church Saturday. To become an Eagle Scout is over a 10-year process and requires one to obtain over 21 merit badges.

New health care idea aired in two meetings

The “Project Moonshot” rural health care idea received a couple of airings during the past week, one each in Rockdale and Cameron. The project, first reported on in the Nov.
