SHERIFF’S REPORT A 33-year-old Cameron man was arrested Sunday and charged wit aggravated sexual assault of a child after an investigation by police in the city. Sgt. Kris Stringer said Matthew John Borgas was arrested in connection with an incident involving a 13-year-old female.
