Junkyard owner indicted second time

For the second time, a Rockdale man already convicted of keeping a junkyard has been indicted for bail jumping-failure to appear by a Milam County Grand Jury. Prosecutor Bill Torrey said Ira Richard “Richie” Thrasher, 43, was one of 43 persons indicted on Thursday.
