A two-year wait for another vacation

After two long years, I am finally getting another vacation in a few weeks. And it’s going to be the exact same vacation I had two years ago except it’ll be in June rather than October like last time. My last vacation was to Galveston for a week.

Mother’s Day, Rotary club, a talking dog

Mom decided she wanted steak for Mother’s Day and tried to make reservations for Saturday night at Piano Bar, but they were unexpectedly closed that night. So we ended up going to Bob’s Steakhouse in Cameron, where I’d never been before.
