Fall Music Fest in tune with downtown

Rockdale got an instant tradition Saturday when the first Fall Music Festival drew hundreds of people for a day and night of fun activities at several downtown venues.

WONDER WOMEN

WONDER WOMEN—Costumes were encouraged for Saturday’s Kay Theatre runs and there were plenty of them, including a full contingent of Wonder Women. Two steps into the run/ walk some of the superheroines multi-tasked, posing for a selfie without breaking stride.

CARNIVAL TIME

CARNIVAL TIME—The annual Rockdale ISD P-TO Fall Carnival was held in tandem with Saturday’s first annual Rockdale Fall Festival. The carnival was held across the alley from Wolf Park in the Main Street parking lot and featured a variety of games and activities for youngsters.
