Courses designed to show students ‘what’s possible’

RISD REPORT As we wind down the first six weeks of our school year, RISD is very proud of our students, and their willingness to get on board and stay on track for another successful year on each campus.

Milano cross-country teams eye Jones run

MISD REPORT The Sunflower Run/ Walk benefiting the Melodie Hope Jones Memorial Scholarship Fund will be held Saturday at Davidson Creek Park in Caldwell. Melodie graduated in May of 2015 and died in a tragic car accident on July 4, 2017.

Milam Senior Expo August 10 in Cameron

COMMENTS FROM MICAH The Senior Expo is coming up from 8 a.m. to 12-noon Wednesday, Oct. 10, at the Cameron VFW Hall. This event is for older adults and caregivers who would like to learn more about health and safety of senior citizens. Come join us.

Born of inspiration

Back in the eighteenth century one of the most popular musicians on earth was George Frederick Handel. He was the toast of society, celebrated by kings, adored by crowds. In 1737 his life took a turn for the worse. He suffered a stroke.
