Roddam set to retire as RVFD chief

Rockdale Volunteer Fire Department Chief Ward Roddam has announced his retirement, according to a news release. Roddam has served the department since he was 18 years old beginning his firefighting career at age 15 with the Minerva Volunteer Fire Department.
