The Rockdale Lady Tigers soccer team had seven players receiving All-District 24-4A honors recently. They are as follows: First Team • Leydi Mata, senior, with 17 goals and an assist. • Hannah McKie, senior, four goals and three assists.

The Rockdale Tiger baseball team (158-2, 5-5) split the series with the Thrall Tigers (11-12-1, 5-5) last week. On Tuesday, Rockdale put together 10 hits and beat the Thrall Tigers, 11-1, in Thrall. Brody Willard went yard in the first inning to get the game going for the Tigers.

BRAZOS CHRISTIAN— The Thorndale Bulldogs baseball team (13-4, 8-2) hosted Brazos Christian last Thursday in a non-district match up. After trailing early, the Bulldogs battled back to earn a 10-8 victory. Players of the game for Thorndale were Nathan Grimm and Hunter Brantley.
