I made something really easy and filling the other day with some cheese-filled tortellini I had in the freezer. I boiled it, and since it’s made of fresh pasta instead of dried, it only took about three minutes to cook.
3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
3-4 lb. chicken, cut up and skin removed
We’ve been eating so many one pot meals that we ran out of bowls and had to eat the last thing we made in Styrofoam throwaways. But those one-pot meals sure are good when the weather is cold.
