The East Bel Taphouse was the place to be for Rockdale Rotary Clubs second annual Pinto for Polio fundraiser on Sunday afternoon from 1-4 p.m. Activities included a dessert auction by John Helenberg from Milano with cake model Joan Ratliff and Gaye Bland assisting in the top photo, $20 arm stretch tickets, a coloring station for kids (shown here is Delaney Harris with her entry), a pie in the face tickets which ended with Rotarian Mellissa Barcuch receiving the “award” for most votes. There were also baked goods for cash to take home, a cornhole tournament and ping pong. About $2,200 was raised to help end the fight against polio.
