Water Restriction Extension through March

The water restrictions for the City of Rockdale have been extended to the end of March 2023.

All Rockdale parks and cemeteries wil be closed until further notice due to the damage and debris from the ice storm.

TRAIL LIFE AWARDS

On Jan. 9, Trail Life troop TX-1516 met at Meadowbrook Baptist Church for their Court of Honor where the boys receive awards and recognitions for all of their hard work so far.

First Friday Coffee to be held at library

The Milam County Genealogical Society will host the February First Friday Coffee this Friday, Feb. 3. Enjoy snacks and visit with the attendees from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the Lucy Hill Patterson Memorial Library.

Rotary Casino Night set for Saturday

The Rockdale Rotary Club will host their annual ninth annual Casino Night fundraiser on Saturday at The Ranch, starting at 7 p.m. Tickets are still available from Rotary Club members and are $50 each. Each ticket gets attendees two drink tickets, $5,000 in chips and an entry into a cash drawing.
