The Milam County & District Attorney’s Office will sponsor the 24th Annual “Tree of Angels” ceremony Tuesday, December 6th at 6:30 p.m., at the Milam County Museum located at 112 West First Street, downtown Cameron.

The Ro ckd a le Downtown Association’s annual Christmas Tree Lighting will be held on Thursday, Nov. 17, at Wolf Park. Chili and hot chocolate will be served starting at 6 p.m. and the tree lighting will be at 7 p.m. Bring lawn chairs for seating.

Oney Toy Run set for December 3rd

The 17th annual Buddy Oney Toy Run, which benefits needy children in Milam County, is set for Saturday, Dec. 3. As usual the ride will begin and end at The Ranch. Registration starts at 9 a.m. and will be $20 per rider or $25 with a passenger. Or a new toy valued at $25.
