Rockdale PD makes three felony arrests, responds to accident

POLICE REPORT Rockdale Police Officers made three felony arrests during the past week, including: • Kentra Keon Davis, 28, Rockdale, arrested by Sgt. Hubnik on Tuesday for burglary of a habitation, possession of a firearm by a felon, theft of firearm and possession of controlled substance.

Rockdale VFD Responded to: • Us 79 and US 77 for traffic control on Thursday.   • 331 Houston for a report of a kitchen fire on Thursday.   • CR 312 for a tree on fire on Thursday.   • 710 Douthit along with Oncor for a power line down on Thursday.

Two Mexican crockpot recipes

I used to do a diet called Wheat Belly a while back. It’s low carb but you can have fruit on it which is why I chose it. I made this with a few changes, and it was very good. And it’s a crockpot meal so you don’t have to heat up the kitchen.

Many of u s have received the much needed blessing of rain. The temps seem to be dipping down slightly and we can look forward to pumpkin spice. The first week of school was a success. The students are settling back into a routine and it is nice to see all kids return.
