Roundup serves 200 families

Christmas Roundup has been serving area families for over 50 years, and supports families from Rockdale, Milano and Gause. This year Christmas Roundup ended up serving over 200 families and at least 850 individual people.

Rockdale VFD Responded to: • Near the intersection of South FM 908 at US 77 for a two-vehicle accident with unknown injuries on Dec. 16 at 5:17 p.m. • Wilcox at Murray along with Atmos Energy for a gas leak on Dec. 18 at 7:17 p.m.

Four traffic accidents reported over past week

Accidents • Ofc. Jacobs responded to the Meadowbrook Baptist Church for a minor two-vehicle accident with no injuries on Dec. 16 at 9:11 a.m. • Sgt. Lentz responded to 307 West US 79 for a two-vehicle accident on Dec. 18 at 7:56 a.m. • Sgt. Lentz responded to Wilcox at Cameron Ave.
