The 50th annual Rockdale Fair and Rodeo raised $1,029,704.85 for the FFA & 4-H Youth of Milam County. “We truly appreciate your generosity, encouragement and continued support of our exhibitors and the Youth of Milam County,” said Fair Association sales secretary Cindy Hughes.

Food drive nets 3,680 pounds for food pantry

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Rockdale recently held its annual food drive to benefit the Rockdale Christian Services food pantry. This yearly food drive is the biggest donation of food the Rockdale food bank receives every year.
