VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL CAMPS

Vacation Bible schools offer a variety of activities with a Christian message for students of all ages. These are the programs in the area: July 1-5 – VBS at Springfield Missionary Baptist Church began Monday and ends Friday. Students in kindergarten through twelfth grades can attend from 9 a.m.

RCS food pantry Rockdale Christian Services operates a food pantry at 224 West Cameron Avenue, open 10 a.m. until noon weekdays. Donations of non-perishable food items are welcome.

Milam 4-H’ers win big during annual roundup

MILAM 4-H NEWS Milam County 4-H was represented well at Texas 4-H Roundup June 10-13. A total of 28 youth competed or participated in the four-day event. The 4-H members participated in a Lead conference.

Big change eyed downtown
