We’ve all eaten traditional southern carrot salad with raisins and sometimes pineapple, but here is one with more savory flavors than sweet. I will eat it but it’s not my favorite salad. I’m not sure why it’s called Korean Carrot Salad because there are no non-Rockdale ingredients in it.

Granger GOOD. Water lightly stained; 70 degrees; 1.45 feet above pool. Black bass are slow. Crappie are good to 2 pounds on jigs fished over brush piles all over the lake. White bass are fair on slab spoons fished on points and roadbeds.

Summer is about to drop. A lot of churches shut down during the summer which is the opposite of what we saw back in the day. I know I’m old, tired and cynical but when I was a kid, we hired a summer youth guy and he hung out with us all summer long.
