FAIRFIELD—Jimmie Lee Love, 83, of Fairfield died Monday, April 1, 2019, in Fairfield. Arrangements are pending with Capps Memorial Chapel in Fairfield. Mr. Love was born Jan. 8, 1936.

David Ruiz Osoria, 61, of Rockdale died Saturday, March 30, in a Temple hospital. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 6, at St. Monica’s Catholic Church in Cameron with Rev. Dimitrij Colankin officiating. Burial will follow at St. Monica’s Catholic Cemetery.

Helen Louise Parten

Helen Louise Parten, 85, of Rockdale died Thursday, March 28, 2019, at St. David’s Hospital in Round Rock. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 3, at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rock-dale.

Douglas Robert Smith

Douglas Robert Smith was born in Cedar Creek on Oct. 4, 1918, to Sophia Voss Smith and Hiram Clinton Smith. He passed from this life on Thursday, March 28, 2019, at age 100. Doug lived a full life and brought joy, comfort, and happiness to his family and community.

Lula Mae (Lou) Templin Wallis

CAMERON—Heaven gained a glorious angel on March 29, 2019, when Lula Mae (Lou) Templin Wallis, 86, passed away peacefully with her family by her side at her home in Austin. She was a longtime resident of Cameron prior to moving to Austin.

Dr. Charles Edwin Goss, 89, died peacefully at home in Rockdale on March 18, 2019. No memorial service will be held. Charles is survived by his children, Jeri, Diane, Blake and Cal Goss, and his granddaughter, Tabatha Goss.

GAUSE—Byron Franklin  , 84, of Gause died Tuesday, March 26, 2019, as the result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident near Minerva. Funeral services were held Monday, April 1, at the Robertson County Cowboy Church in Franklin with Rev. Jimmy Sanders officiating.

CAMERON—Gloria S. McCulloch Fuessel, 81, of Houston died Monday, March 25, 2019, in a Cameron nursing home after a short illness. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 30, at East Houston Baptist Church, 1425 N. Greenriver Dr. in Houston.

Johnnie Raymond Mullins of Rockdale died Thursday, March 21, 2019, at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, one day shy of his 68th birthday. A memorial service will be held at Hunter Chase Apartments at, 1501 E. Belton Ave. in Rockdale, at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 30.
