Coach Deron Clay’s Fit 22 Football Showcase camp is coming to Rockdale for the fourth year on Saturday, June 22, at Tiger Stadium.
Coach Clay is currently assistant football coach and power lifting coach at Thorndale High School.
If you are on social media or if you just drive through town you will see that sports—both organized and unorganized— and physical fitness is not taking the summer off. If you drive by the track at the football field there is almost always someone walking and sometimes even running (ha).

Black bass are fair on spinner baits fished in shallow water.
Crappie are good on 1/32 ounce jigs fished over cover in 8-15 feet of water.
White bass are very good to 2 pounds on slab spoons fished over main lake humps.
