House numbers topic for Thursday town hall

The City of Rockdale wants input from the public on house numbers in a 6 p.m. Thursday town hall at the city library. Rockdale is contemplating its first mandatory house numbering system, first discussed in a city council session earlier this year.

Bottle décor party to be held May 19

MILANO NEWS The Milano Parents Club’s “bottle décor party” has been moved to May 19 at the Rockdale Country Club. Time is 6 to 8 p.m. and cost is $30 per person, you must reserve your spot.

Here it is May! Can STAAR testing be far away? Then summer vacations will begin. I’m guessing summer vacation from school is a very short time for kids and teachers. May will be a busy month with STAAR testing, the Student Council/NJHS field trip and the AR carnival.
